1. EXCHANGE ITEMS

Apply to both customers shopping directly at the store and shopping online

- Only applicable to original price, not included in any promotion.

- Customers shopping at store can exchange items within 72h by the time printed on the bill

- Customers shopping online can exchange items within 72h from the receipt.

- Unused merchandise, original labels and packaging, full accessories included. Must have purchase invoice.

- Goods must not be dirty, scratched, or otherwise damaged after purchase.

- Only applicable to exchange the size of the product.

- If the product needed exchange is out of stock, it will be replaced with another product of equal or higher value.

- If the product is defective from the manufacturer and no substitute goods, it will be replaced with another product of equal or higher value.
